About Us

Galway Culture Night aims to showcase Galway’s rich cultural fabric along with cultural institutions throughout the city and ultimately make the Arts accessible to absolutely everyone - enthusiasts and novices alike.

Inspired initially by the success of Dublin Culture Night, which took place for the first time in 2006, and was later joined by Cork, Waterford, Limerick  and Galway thereafter, organisers have decided to further extend the programme which will include 11 counties in total.

Young and old alike are urged to come into the city for Galway Culture Night and explore the incredible range of free events on offer.
Everyone is invited to ‘ See All Sorts of Culture for One Night”.
